Purchase rules

  1. General provisions.
    1. These purchase and sale rules (hereinafter referred to as "Rules") are the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the terms of purchase and payment for goods, the procedure for delivery and return of goods, the responsibilities of the parties and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in this electronic store. These rules are prepared under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Seller reserves the right to change, correct or add to the rules at any time, considering the requirements set by legal acts.
    2. The Buyer confirms that he agrees with these rules by placing an order.
    3. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered to be concluded when the Buyer places an order and pays for the order in the selected method.
  2. Protection of personal data.
    1. Any information related to personal data registered in this electronic store is subject to the Seller's personal data protection policy, which complies with the personal data protection laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
    2. When ordering goods in this electronic store, the Buyer must provide the data requested at the time of purchase.
    3. The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data during the purchase.
    4. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data he provided will be processed to fulfill the order. The Buyer also agrees that informational messages necessary to fulfill the order of goods would be sent to the e-mail address specified by the Buyer.
    5. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State institution in the cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
  3. Buyer's rights and obligations.
    1. Pay for the goods and accept them according to the procedure established by these rules.
    2. Provide correct data in the order form.
    3. In case of a change in the Buyer's data provided during the order, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
    4. The Buyer has the right to refuse the contract of purchase and sale of goods under the provisions set out in the Rules for Returning Goods.
    5. By placing an order in this online store, the Buyer agrees to these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
  4. Seller's rights and obligations.
    1. Create conditions for the Buyer to use this electronic store properly.
    2. Suppose the Buyer tries to harm the stability and security of the electronic store or violates his obligations. In that case, the Seller has the right to limit, suspend or cancel the Buyer's access to the electronic store immediately and without warning.
    3. The Seller undertakes not to transfer the Buyer's personal information to third parties.
    4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified.
    5. In the event of essential circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or entirely terminate the operation of the electronic store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
    6. The Seller has the right to unilaterally change these rules by publishing the revised rules on the online store's website.
  5. Ordering of goods.
    1. Orders are accepted only through this online store.
    2. All product prices in the online store are indicated in euros, including all applicable taxes in the Republic of Lithuania.
    3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within the term specified in the advance invoice.
    4. The order is canceled if the Buyer fails to make the payment within the specified term.
  6. Delivery of goods.
    1. 1. The goods are delivered by the delivery method chosen during the order.
    2. 2. The Buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
    3. 3. The goods are sent to the Buyer after receiving the payment.
    4. 4. In all cases, the Seller is released from responsibility for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of the goods; if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer, or are delivered late due to the Buyer's fault, or due to circumstances beyond the Seller's control.
    5. 5. The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the shipment is received in damaged packaging, contains unordered goods or the wrong quantity of them, and is incomplete product assembly.
    6. 6. The Buyer must send the Seller photos of the damaged package and item(s) by e-mail.
  7. Quality and guarantees.
    1. All the goods sold in this electronic store are covered by the warranty established by the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
    2. All the details of the goods sold in this online store are indicated in the description of each item.
    3. If the Seller does not provide a quality guarantee for certain goods, the warranty provided by the relevant legal acts shall apply.
    4. The quantities of goods shown in the photos in the store are not always related to the price of the goods. Therefore, the photo may show more goods than the price of one unit. The reason is that measurement unit are specified in the product description. In addition, the color of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
    5. The Seller can provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods, the specific terms and conditions specified in the product description.
  8. Final Provisions.
    1. These Rules for the purchase and sale of goods are drawn up following the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
    2. The law of the Republic of Lithuania applies to these rules. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these rules are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, conflicts are resolved following the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
