A product of inappropriate quality is a product that does not meet the characteristics specified in the product description provided in the online store. As well as a product that has physical defects that make it impossible to use the product for its intended purpose.

Goods of inappropriate quality are exchanged or returned based on the "Rules for the return and exchange of goods approved in 2001". June 29 by order of the Minister of Economy no. 217."

You can exchange or return the purchased product within 14 calendar days in Lithuania or within 30 calendar days in the European Union and other countries from the day of delivery.

The product to be exchanged or returned must be presented in neat original packaging. It must be undamaged, unused, and not have lost its merchandise appearance. The label must be intact, the protective film not torn, etc. The product must be returned in the same package the Buyer purchased.

Proof of purchase must be provided when exchanging or returning a product.

Goods to be exchanged or returned must be delivered to the address specified by the Seller.

The Seller has the right not to accept the exchange or return of the product if it is presented used, without tags, or damaged after the exchange/return period has expired.

The Buyer pays shipping costs for exchanged or returned goods. Only the amount paid for the product is refunded.
